The Centre for Islamic Banking, Finance and Management (CIBFM), with the support of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD), organised a half day forum entitled “HR Forum: Building, Nurturing, and Fostering Performance and Leadership” on Thursday, 18 Zulhijjah 1439H corresponding to 30 August 2018M at the Radisson Hotel, Bandar Seri Begawan.Present as the guest of honor was Yang Mulia Dayang Hajah Rashidah binti Haji Sabtu, Acting Deputy Managing Director of Autoriti Monetari Brunei Darussalam (AMBD) and the Chairperson of CIBFM’s Executive Committee.
The objective of the HR forum is to bring together experts and HR practitioners for meaningful interactions in discussing issues, share best practices, and acted as a platform for networking among leaders and influencers in the Human Resources field.
Among the topics shared and deliberated by invited local and international experts included the evolving role of HR, the use of analytics to promote a positive impact on the performance of an organisation; and means of measuring the effectiveness of training programmes.
