BILIF WORK VISIT TO THE BAHRAIN INSTITUTE OF BANKING AND FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING AND AUDITING ORGANISATION FOR ISLAMIC FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Brunei Institute of Leadership & Islamic Finance (BILIF) held a work visit to Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance (BIBF) and Accounting and Auditing Organisation for Islamic Financial Institutions (AAOIFI) in Manama, Bahrain on Tuesday, 16 Syawal 1443H corresponding to 17 May 2022M.

Representing BILIF during the visits were Yang Mulia Dayang Hajah Sufinah binti Haji Sahat, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Yang Mulia Ida Nazrena binti Haji Bujang, Acting Senior Manager, Learning & Development Department (LDD), BILIF.

The work visits aimed to explore opportunities for cooperation and collaboration between BILIF and the two organisations in the areas of learning programmes, events and research which, among others, are towards increasing human capital development in the area of Islamic finance. The visits are also hoped to strengthen the working relationships between the organisations.

During the work visit to AAOIFI, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between BILIF, represented by Yang Mulia Hajah Sufinah, and AAOIFI, represented by Secretary General, Mr. Omar Mustafa Ansari.
