As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the community during Ramadan, Brunei Institute of Leadership & Islamic Finance (BILIF) is donating over 3,000 bottles of water to 12 mosques across the Brunei-Muara District for the breaking of fast and other religious activities.
This initiative, known as BILIFinSharing, reflects BILIF’s dedication to fostering community spirit and providing meaningful support throughout the holy month. 2400 bottles have already been distributed to nine mosques, including Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) Mosque, Kampong Perpindahan Mata-Mata Mosque, Kampong Bengkurong Mosque and Setia Ali Mosque, Muara Town, amongst others. The distribution will resume on Monday, 24 March 2025 to 3 other mosques.
The handing over of the donations was led by Awang Afero Eswandy Mohamad, Acting Chief Executive Officer, BILIF along with other BILIF personnel.
BILIF, as the Centre of Excellence for the finance industry in Brunei Darussalam, continues to pursue its mission to shape future leaders, experts, and innovators, particularly in the areas of Islamic finance and leadership through quality experiential programmes and events.
