Business Outcome

G.E.M.TM  help to change participants’ mindsets and transforms behaviors sought by the organisation. Participants will identify and practice using appropriate skills at critical moments through “switching” their mental modes. Expert’s Profile

Jonathan Poh is a Master Behavioral Coach and a seasoned HR practitioner with 26 years of global experience who specialises in developing and coaching leaders to achieve peak performance through behavioral transformation. Jonathan was voted one of the top 10 most influential professional speakers in Singapore by the Singapore Business Review in 2013. He holds several other professional qualifications including a Practitioner in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP); a Coach in Leadership and Organisation Climate; a Specialist Coach for Human Resources; a Consultant-Coach for DISC/MBTI and a Masters in HR Consultancy and Organisational Development. He is presently pursuing a Doctoral Research in Behavioral Science.
