The workshop seeks to provide participants with a set of proven project management techniques and tools that can be applied immediately at the workplace to achieve project success.
Other than sharing of current industry best practices, participants walk away an understanding of the essential activities at different stages of a project life cycle, from defining project requirements, to schedule estimation, to closeout.

Weixi has prior experience as an Operational and Requirements Manager for a world leader in the aerospace industry. In this appointment, he manages the Asia-Pacific operations, overseeing business development, account management, training development and financial performance.
He is currently a professional trainer and management consultant provided him with opportunities to develop and deliver customized training workshops and OD Solutions for participants from a myriad of industries across different countries. He also lecturers on the subjects of productivity and customer relationship management for UniSIM.
