This programme explores the qualities and key competencies that contribute to successful team leadership.  It will examine how to keep your team motivated and on track and gain a firm foundation in the core aspects of team leadership. Participants will have developed a heightened level of awareness of managing people, understand the organization’s expectations from managers and actively practicing the roles thereby creating an engaging team.
