Programme Overview

The BILIF-LKYSPP Leadership Programme takes a highly personalised approach to equip you with new knowledge to inspire fresh perspectives across the four pillars of (i) Green Finance, (ii) Digitalisation and Economic Development, (iii) Urban Planning and (iv) Sustainability. It aims to help participants challenge the status quo, equipping you with an in-depth understanding of the complexities and the multi-faceted nature of emerging challenges which will enable you to apply these new insights at your work.

Participants will be exposed to innovative approaches to solutions in this increasingly complex environment and get opportunities to think critically through the evolving landscape and work on practice implications to their agencies through learning more from this Singapore experience.

Programme Objectives

• Gain broader perspectives on complex multi-disciplinary issues and develop new competencies.
• Strengthen their capacity in leading change in the face of complexity and uncertainty in the evolving landscape.
• The learning journeys will enable a contextual understanding of various perspectives on policy issues, and experiential visits will provide opportunities to generate new insights on creative policy solutions.
