This program enables participants to understand, apply and integrate the Gallup StrengthsFinder results into their lives. It incorporates assessment results of the Gallup StrengthsFinder and extensive research into how people can become highly effective and efficient by applying their talents and strengths. Participants will gain insights into who they are and how they can use their unique blend of talents in meaningful and productive ways to be at their best in their team and organisation.

Expert’s Profile

Lim Kim Pong, is a Gallup Trained Strengths Coach and a Master Certified Halftime Coach who works with high capacity teams and individuals in discovering their strengths, passions and purposes in life.  He has developed a deep strengths-based understanding that has helped many discover their uniqueness and a life that can be passionate, purposeful and productive.
